In recent months, Google has been cracking down on GMBs and specifically weeding out Rank & Rent GMB listings. How do you evade Google’s detection algorithms for these sorts of things?
Great question! I’ve tried Rank and Rent sites before…and basically GMB’S DON’T WORK. I can tell you from multiple experiences in doing SEO that anyone who tries to tell you that “yeah, you can totally get around Google and set up a GMB for a Rank and Rent site and Google won’t catch on now, in 2021” is a fake guru. Especially if they try to get you to spend money to learn some sort of secret.
It used to work years ago, and I’ve tried several times these past couple months, and I’ve been busted each time. You’ll notice that all of the “gurus” showing this use dated videos recorded before 2020. Here’s why: in 2020, Google hired and trained hundreds of VA’s to manually review new, existing, and newly claimed GMB’s that their algorithms were flagging, and has been slowly pulling GMB’s offline since they violate Google’s Terms of Service. If you’re going to do Rank and Rent, you have to have a strategy to rank your site that does not rely on GMBs or the Map Pack at all. Hope that helps!
Thanks Jessica for that information, that’s really helpful! That’s basically what I thought. I thought that that last part of the training that talked about GMB’s was wrong, and I appreciate the accurate info there!
Yes the GMB game is definitely a tricky one with a high amount of risk, but the reward potential is massive and makes it worth pursuing. We DO have methods that circumvent their algorithms. I am personal proof of that. I have multiple GMB’s verified and ranking generating 100’s of calls. And there are many members in our club who also use our strategies to verify GMB’s.
So you can choose to listen to people who say it doesn’t work, or listen to those who it’s actually working for.
I’m not a “fake guru” just trying to sell you the next idea or strategy, but we also don’t give away that information for free. It’s part of our GMB Module taught by Matt Versteeg (look him up and decide for yourself if you think he’s the real deal).
“DataTables warning: table id=admin_keywords_metrics – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1” ??
Hi Herc, I have been trying to download the software but the link is not working. Not sure if it’s my network or computer or if the link is broken. Please let me know if you can send me the workable link in my email. chrishenry13@gmail.com
Hey Chris, now that you got the link and it’s working, you might want to delete this comment since your email is in it! Don’t want those bot harvesters spamming you!
Hi Herc, you mentioned in the video we’d get access to the checklist (not sure about the calculator). Where do we find that? I already have credits with KW Supremacy. Thanks man :)
Not gonna lie, the “in google techniques” (exact match keyword search and intitle and inurl) were interesting. But, isn’t there a chance that the numbers can be too low? Meaning not enough competition…i.e. less than 500 results for exact match or 0-10 results for intitle or inurl. Would you consider there being a lower limit for any of these metrics besides just an upper limit?
No, there is no “too low”. If the search volume is there, and there’s literally 0 intitle, or inurl, I’m happy as can be. It means NO ONE is optimizing correctly.
Got it. So, search volume is the x factor. I’ve heard many people say that volume at the local micro level (specifically when you add a city as part of the keyword) is inaccurate. Not looking for the secret formula, but how can you ensure that your software’s volume calculations are accurate?
Hey Brock, the simple answer is because of experience. I’ve been doing this long enough and taught enough people to know :) I always teach that keyword search volume is NEVER accurate, regardless of the source (including Google itself). But we do need a guide, to help us make decisions.
Hello & Greetings
I received the Keyword Supremacy Software but
[1] it starts giving ERROR :https://datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/7
[2] I cannot set CPC to 10 as the value moves into 100s very soon
[3] A different looking page opens
Please guide me
Thanks & regards
Manmohan

2 – Rather than use the SLIDER, you can TYPE in your low and high values.
3 – I’ don’t know what you mean here.
Hello & Greetings!! I will have to go through this lecture a couple of times to really do justice to this wonderful training.
I have a site [ http://miamidoctorclinics.com/ ]. From my analysis, it should be good but you have to tell me if:
[1] I am correct.
[2] What is the “Niche Value Per Sale/Service (NVPS)”? [I have yet not received my Keyword Supremacy Software].
1. It’s a little competitive to be honest, but there is one really weak site on the first page which is a good sign. I don’t think there is much search volume for that keyword.
2. I cannot tell you NVPS, you’d have to research your niche and come up with the idea for that.
I think you’d have to follow the training more closely.
Many thanks Herc …. I went through the training again and again and again. I think I understand it better now, but for my confidence sake will you please let me know if http://www.lakewoodcodentists.com is a good choice, so that I can go ahead and buy it. Regards.
I’ll request that now you are a free member, you post additional question in the member forum please. That way when I share my answers all members benefit.
I’m just going to be completely honest. I am so excited about finding Herc & his software! As someone who has rented leads, hired “supposed” SEO’s that took my money and did nothing, to now renting websites. I can tell you this is GOLD!! Trust me you found your guy. He’s also very helpful and responsive.
Hi Herc,
A question:
I am wondering about the following:
When looking for an EMD I often see that the .com has been taken. When I take the .net instead, would there be a risk of running into trouble with the guy/gal who has the .com domain? As we are clearly in exactly the same business?
Hi Piet,
If the .com variation is NOT in the Top 10, than it’s not really a worry. If it is in the Top 10, it’s just like any other property, it’s either optimized well or poorly.
I always check to see if the .com is live as well just out of curiosity.
Just watching the videos and playing around with the KW tool there are two small things a bit unclear to me.
First, what is the meaning of low/medium/high comp.? When would your system qualify comp. as low/med?
Second, what does a comp. of 0,1 mean. Or 0,5? I can see that if I paste in 0,5 a lot more bars turn into the red, showing high comp. But what has happened to medium bars? Most of them disappeared. I cannot grasp what that means. Does the 0,5 indicate that I want to look at highly competitive markets?
COMP is a measure of how many people are bidding on Adwords for that keyword to display their ads.
Low comp means not many advertisers are paying for that keyword.
High comp means many advertisers are.
High comp keywords means there are a lot of people spending money to buy leads, which is a great indicator that it could potentially make a solid Rank & Rent keyword.
For instance, if you find a keyword that’s “easy to rank”, that has a $25 CPC with High COMP, that means that there are many companies paying $25 per CLICK on Adwords and would be VERY happy to pay less to get more leads with a Rank And Rent style website
If you find a keyword that meets all of the criteria and the domain is open but it is a long domain name with “in” in it and a domain without “in”, which do you buy. Both are available as .com’s
ie; pest control New York City – ? searches – .com available and
pest control in New York City – 320 searches – .com available
Which domain would you advise getting? Do prepositions matter?

KW tool is cool. Calculator and checklist is very handy. Staying focused is huge when I build out SEO for a site. Please send them over and I will give them a try.

Definitely appreciate the recommendation to stay away from Google Guaranteed Sites. Hadn’t really thought about it. Would definitely be an easy service to tack on to the Rank and Rent though for additional “guaranteed” traffic on those golden keywords you are finding with the tool. I expect they would actually cost more than $1 per click either and would probably boost that authority as well on the first page.

Awesome training and well organized as well as concise. You managed to explain and teach in about 30 minutes what other so called SEO guru’s never even touch and yet charge a lot of money for access to their content. Also going through and showing the process with real examples utilizing your keyword supremacy software tool is invaluable. Looking forward to the profitability calculator and checklist. I assume I get that as part of signing up for the free trial of the software?
Wow …GOOD INFO. but you went through those steps fast! How am I going to remember all the steps? Even when I go back over the tutorial there are some things that are not clear to me!
Hi Herc,
First thanks for this great teaching. I have watched many teachings on SEO – WOW you knocked it out of the Park, Grand Slam. Go Blue Jays.
Any way back to my insights. Thanks for giving us the;
8 things to look for
1. Broad match search
2. The search in quotes
3. In Title Search
4. In URL search
5. Look at google first page to see if any of the top 10 have the exact title in the title or the URL (especially the Control F tip)
6. Use MOZ Google Chrome extension
7. Go to Namecheap to see if the EMD (Exact Match Domain) is available for. (Only use these three)
A. .com
B. .net
C. .org
8. Stay away from the Google Guaranteed sites
You summarized by saying You must know 2 things before going forward to try to rank for a keyword
1. Will the Site be profitable?
2. Will the Site be easy to rank for?
Bonus – Thanks for the Check List and the on line profitability calculator

Keyword Supremacy is really an amazing keyword tool.
And . . . I’ve owned & used a lot of keyword tools over the years!
In fact, calling it a keyword tool is almost a slight.
Your video was also well done also.
Looking forward to the last two.
Thanks, Herc

Loved how you managed to find potential keywords and niches in super quick time. Also the validation of these potentials especially with the negative validation so we can move on quickly. However, would it not be better to see if the EMD are available first before doing the validation since that is also key to everything and you use only 3 extensions?
Hey Ben, yes you could do an EMD check first if you wanted an even faster process! Smart guy :)
We actually have that feature built right into Keyword Supremacy already, I just didn’t show it on the video. It’s the little green globe icon, and it produces this: https://gyazo.com/fb9257e5a5ef2d56439a2f4fe8999eb6
Great to see that you guys have built in the feature as it just makes thing even simpler and more streamlined. Getting excited already as I’ve wanted to do R&R fr some time but could not really figure it out. Tried a couple but have not yet had success yet :-(

Hi, Where do I find the R&R calculator & the checklist (I don’t see it in the keyword program)? The possibility that I could have 1-3 sites of a 5+ page site ready in 30 days to sell is – Wow … I don’t have a problem with time or commitment … it’s the financial and confidence that’s the iffy parts :P I am confused about .org – is that for reselling to an organization & I can buy it even if I’m not? Thanks for sharing your process!

That’s so awesome to hear Larry! It’s not JUST about the tool, but very much about the knowledge! But Keyword Supremacy was built with this particular process in mind, which makes it such a great tool for ANY type of Keyword Research, not just Rank & Rent
Hey Todd, I just checked and everything should be working. Any chance you can let the video play through again to the end while you do other work and the button should show up.
Hey Connor (and Jessica)
Hello ! Where can i find the tools used on this lesson ? I’m talking about the checklist and the calculator
Thanks
They are in the members area under the RESOURCES tab in the top menu.
Herc, downloaded KS but it is returning an error
“DataTables warning: table id=admin_keywords_metrics – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1” ??
Please hit our support desk at https://supremacy.support
Thanks Herc, I restarted the software and it fixed itself
Which level of Moz Pro is required?
Moz pro is not required :) The free version is enough!
Hello Herc, activated the software but didn’t get the email for the Checklist and the Tool. Thanks
Hey Patrick, the email comes 32 mins after you request it. Make sure to also check spam/junk folder.
I haven’t received any email to get the calculator and checklist. Please help me Thanks
Hi Edmon, it seems as tho you haven’t opened any of our emails sent so far. Are you looking in your junk folder perhaps?
Herc, never mind. I got the link via email and registering for it now.
thanks
Deadly! Enjoy :)
Hi Herc, I have been trying to download the software but the link is not working. Not sure if it’s my network or computer or if the link is broken. Please let me know if you can send me the workable link in my email. chrishenry13@gmail.com

I don’t really know about that one cause I’ve never actually used Google Guaranteed services, or know much about them.

Hey Herc, this was great to see how easy it can be using your guidelines to just absolutely PLOW through keywords to find the winners. Thanks so much!
Thanks Hunter. Lesson 3 is now live, so make sure you watch how I optimize those sites!
Thanks, Herc
Keyword Supremacy is really an amazing keyword tool.
And . . . I’ve owned & used a lot of keyword tools over the years!
In fact, calling it a keyword tool is almost a slight.
Your video was also well done also.
Looking forward to the last two.
Glad you like it…it’s getting another update over the next few days too that I think we are all gonna looooove :)
Thanks, Herc

Love the concept and training! Where can I get the calculator? Thanks in advance…
Hey Eric,
Thanks. There is a link in the email that is sent out :)
Thanks sounds great
Loved how you managed to find potential keywords and niches in super quick time.
Tried a couple but have not yet had success yet :-(

hahaha…that’s an awesome comment. Humbled. Thank you
I could listen to you calling a snail race. Oh, yes, that is powerful stuff Herc and I thank you for the motivation!
Hey JoAnne, thanks for reminding me. I’ll add those to the email that delivers the Keyword tool. I’ll also personally email you a link to both docs.

I LOVED the PDF you gave us after video #1! Excited to learn more.
We’re so excited to show you how the TOOLS you are getting make the process so easy :)
this was powerful! your technics and examples had me pausing to take notes, so this became much longer than 30 minutes for me.. Big Thanks!
That’s so awesome to hear Larry! It’s not JUST about the tool, but very much about the knowledge! But Keyword Supremacy was built with this particular process in mind, which makes it such a great tool for ANY type of Keyword Research, not just Rank & Rent
A link to Keyword Supremacy didn’t show up after the video. Looking forward to playing around with it.
Hey Todd, I just checked and everything should be working. Any chance you can let the video play through again to the end while you do other work and the button should show up.
YES – just checked back and see it now. I probably skimmed over it when I was clicking around too fast. Thanks!
