REFUNDS

Initial Purchase

  • Within 7 days of initial charge.

Monthly & Quarterly Rebill

  • No refunds. You must submit a support ticket to cancel prior to your rebill date.
  • A reminder of your upcoming rebill charge will be sent to your billing email 48 hours prior to the charge.

Annual Rebill

  • Within 7 days of last rebill charge.
  • A reminder of your upcoming rebill charge will be sent to your billing email 48 hours prior to the charge.

Initiating A Refund Request

In order to request a refund, please issue a support ticket here: https://supremacy.support

Include the following information:

  1. Product Purchased
  2. Receipt or Transaction ID From Purchase
  3. Date of Purchase
  4. Reason For Refund Or Cancellation Request.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation Requests

Cancellations can be made at any time at terminate your billing agreement so no further charges are applied.


Cancellations made after a qualified refund period has expired, you will maintain access to all paid tools & training for the remainder of your initial billing agreement period already paid. 

Example: You purchase an annual subscription, and request a cancellation 60 days after purchase.  Your billing agreement is terminated and you will not be rebilled again.  You will maintain access to your tools & training for the remaining 305 days.
